Prize winner selection: America First Credit Union will randomly select five (5) winners from all entries. Selection will take place within one (1) calendar week following the contest period’s end date. Winners will be notified by America First Credit Union via email or telephone. Winners will have two (2) calendar weeks to redeem prizes. If a winner doesn’t redeem prize within two (2) calendar weeks, another winner will be selected.
Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Membership and eligibility are required. America First Credit Union employees and volunteers are not eligible. Qualifying purchases must be made with Business Visa credit cards only.
Additional terms & conditions: Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Utah law governs this promotion. Non-Utah residents are eligible unless prohibited by state law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Prizes are not transferrable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. America First Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value at the sponsor’s discretion and to make changes to the official rules effective upon announcement. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to the contest are final. America First Credit Union is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in the contest or use of prizes. By accepting prizes, winners agree to the sponsor’s use of names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless America First Credit Union from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their contest participation or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes. Privacy policy: The sponsor may request personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, states, zip codes, ages, and gender. Personal information collected by the sponsor is used to contact winners, as well as delivering offers and other marketing material. America First does not sell or otherwise share any information provided and it is solely used internally to compile anonymous statistics about the user base and create a contact list for sending offers and marketing. You have the right not to provide information requested or can simply not enter the contest if you do not wish to provide personal information. All data collected by the sponsor’s administration is protected by the same security measures and procedures as the rest of the data collected and processed on the sponsor’s website.
List of winners: At the end of the contest period and after winners’ selection, you can obtain a copy of these official rules and winners’ names by mailing a request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: America First Credit Union, Attention: Marketing Strategies, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405. Requests must be received no later than two (2) weeks following the contest period end date.
