There are many options to make a loan payment, including:
- Online banking - Log in to your account using your username and password and transfer money to your loan balance.
- Our free mobile app - Log in to your account and transfer money from your checking or savings accounts.
- Your local branch - Visit us in person to make a transaction.
- An ATM - Deposit check or cash into your loan balance or use the ATM to transfer money from your savings or checking account into your loan balance.
- Over the phone - Call 1-800-999-3961 and we’ll help transfer money from your checking or savings account to your loan balance.
- Through the mail - Send cash or check to our P.O. Box and include your name, account number, and to which loan you would like the payment applied to. A Payment and Deposit Coupon works best.

After logging in, you can change your password or security questions in the Settings tab.

You can order checks by logging in to online banking, clicking Settings, expanding the Additional Services box, and then selecting Order Checks.
